We had a great experience with Brenen and Alec at Penz Automotive Subaru in Rochester. Brenen knew everything there was to know about the 2026 Forester Touring and was easily able to explain in detail all of the car's great new features. Alec took us through every last detail of the extended warranty options available to us, helping us pick a warranty and others add-ons that fit within our budget. I’m not confident that the transmission issue is resolved by just a data update. In my research the 2019 and 2020 Outback models have had many transmission issues. The resolution appears to be the transmission needs to be replaced. I would feel more confident if the transmission was replaced. I don’t trust to drive the Outback other than in town. We drive to Alabama every winter and I’m not sure we could do that. I’m seeing also issues getting parts.

With the car in for an oil and filter change Service Advisor Madysen at Rochester clearly explained why the front brake pads needed to be replaced and the rear brakes are ok till the next service. All done on time. Nice quiet waiting room with.seating for TV and other seating with work surface. Free snacks, coffee, tea, water.
